As well as this system being used by many Professional golfers and other athletes, the majority of our clients are those looking to reach their own personal goals in their sport. That isn’t always becoming Open Champion, World Champion or Olympian, but perhaps looking to knock a few points of your handicap or improve on your personal best.

This sporting performance program is unique in its method of improving your sporting performance. To be the very best at your sport, it is essential to master the mental aspect as well as the technical skills. In this course you will learn about the different mental states and brainwave levels required for your sport and how to best apply them.
